We’re excited to share that full property window washing will take place from Monday, June 23 through Wednesday, July 2. This is part of our continued effort to keep our community looking its best.

Important Information:

• Window Screens:

Our buildings were designed so that window screens are installed from inside each apartment.

• To ensure your windows are cleaned as thoroughly as possible, we recommend removing your window screens from the inside before the scheduled cleaning and keeping them off until the washing is complete.

• If screens are not removed, the windows will still be cleaned, but results may be less effective.

• Daily Updates:

We will send email updates throughout the project with a schedule of which areas will be cleaned each day. This will help you prepare in advance.

• Keep Windows Closed:

Please ensure all windows are closed on your scheduled cleaning day. Any damage resulting from open windows during washing will be the residents’ responsibility.

• Need Help with Screens?

If you need assistance removing your window screens, please submit a maintenance request and our team will be happy to help.
