Rental Rates
In order to qualify for the Stanford Rate, the Stanford affiliate must occupy the apartment as his/her principal place of residence and maintain Stanford eligibility at all times. Lease options will range from Month-to-month to 12 months. Month-to-month leases come with an additional $200 monthly premium. The minimum month-to-month lease option is 30 days. New leases at Middle Plaza are currently only offered to 1A thru 2B priorities.

- 1 Bedroom Rates From $2,960 to $4,284
- 2 Bedroom Rates From $4,162 to $5,484
LEASE RENEWALS
At least a month before your lease is set to expire, you will receive a renewal letter in the mail. It will contain your new rental rate and an information form that needs to be completely filled out. You will also need to provide a copy of current renter's insurance.
