Updated Package Pickup Process

Dear Residents,
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving both the security and efficiency of package deliveries, we are improving the way packages are distributed from the package room.
• During Office Hours:
Please check in with the Leasing Office when picking up a package or dry cleaning. Our staff will retrieve the item(s) for you from the package room.
• After Hours:
You may coordinate with on-site patrol to retrieve packages or dry cleaning. Please be prepared to show proof of identification. The patrol officer will retrieve your item(s) and have you sign them out. Patrol is typically stationed in the Building A lobby; if not, residents can press the “delivery” button on the Butterfly device near the package room, and this will call the on-site patrol guard.
To ensure the patrol can maintain consistent monitoring of the community, package pickup will not be available between 12:00 am - 6:00 am.
