Update Regarding April Conservice Billing Error
Dear Residents,
We are writing to inform you of a recent discrepancy in your April Conservice statement which reflects February utility charges. It appears that our residents received duplicate water heating charges for February.
Please note that you will receive a credit on your resident account for half of these charges within the next few days, and your next bill will reflect the correct amount for a single month as usual. To review your previous or upcoming bills with a full breakdown of charges, please log into the Conservice portal using the following link: Utilities Info. As a reminder, all Conservice charges can be paid through the resident portal or by submitting a physical check addressed to Middle Plaza.
