Dear Middle Plaza Residents,

We would like to inform you of important waterproofing work that will be taking place on the property to repair expansion joints and help prevent water intrusion into the garage.

Work is scheduled to begin Monday, November 3, 2025, and continue Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with an expected completion date of Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

During this time, there will be no vehicular access from Middle Road to El Camino Real.

Residents will need to exit the garage via the Building B side and turn right onto El Camino Real. If you need to turn left, continue driving behind 300 El Camino Real and exit at Cambridge Avenue. 

We have attached a map showing the closure and detour route.

You may experience typical construction noise, including trucks entering and exiting the site, digging, and general repair work.

We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. We truly appreciate your cooperation and patience as we complete this necessary improvement.
