Dear Residents,

We are writing to inform you of the scheduled hallway and stairwell carpet cleanings that will take place in all buildings. Our vendor, SMM Facilities, will be conducting this work beginning Monday, March 23, and concluding Thursday March 26, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please be advised that some noise may occur during this time due to the equipment being used.

The cleaning schedule for each building is as follows:

·  Building A: Monday, March 23- Tuesday, March 24

·  Building B: Tuesday, March 24- Wednesday, March 25

·  Building C: Wednesday, March 25 – Thursday, March 26

To help ensure a smooth process, please remove all personal items from outside your doors, including doormats. As a reminder, items such as shoes, plants, strollers, carts, and similar belongings must be stored inside your apartment and not in the hallway at all times.
