Dear Residents,

In observance of Independence Day, the office will be closed on Friday, July 4^th.  The office will be closed on Saturday, July 5th.  We will resume operations on Monday, July 7^th at 9:00 am.

Please note the following:

-        For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-698-3438. Packages are not considered an emergency. For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact our courtesy patrol SR Global at 925-440-8020.   

-        The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call SR Global for immediate assistance.

-        Lockouts are not considered an emergency.  Should you experience a lockout, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-698-3438 for immediate assistance.
