New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day Office Closure

Dear Residents,

In observance of New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, our office will close at 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 31^st, and remain closed throughout Thursday, January 1^st. We will resume operations on Friday, January 2^nd at 9:00 am.

Please note the following:

·   For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-698-3438. Packages are not considered an emergency. For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact our courtesy patrol SR Global at 925-440-8020.   

·   Lockouts are not considered emergencies. If you experience a lockout, we recommend contacting one of the following locksmiths:

• A-A Lock & Alarm Inc: (800) 422-5625

• KeyMe Locksmiths: (650) 513-8908

·   Valet Living service will not be available on Wednesday and Thursday. Service will resume on Friday, January 2^nd, 2025. During this time, please use the trash rooms located on the first floor of Building A (near A119) and Building B (B115) to dispose of your trash.

·   The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00pm - 8:00am. To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call SR Global for immediate assistance.
