Dear Valued Residents,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming change in our courtesy patrol service. Effective Tuesday, June 17, 2025, we will transition to SR Global Security. The is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the safety and security of our residents.

SR’s team will conduct regular patrols using their marked and designated vehicles and golf carts. Please be mindful of the vehicles as they move through the community.

Please update your records with the new courtesy patrol’s phone number: (925) 440-8020. When calling, provide the following information:

•  Property name and location of the security issue

•  Your name and apartment number (you may remain anonymous)

•  A description of the issue you are reporting

•  Any other relevant information the courtesy patrol team should know
