Getting Started  

 Residents can easily access all of Mulberrys’ services through our mobile app or website. The process is quick and straightforward: 

1.       Download the Mulberrys app or visit www.mulberryscleaners.com 

2.       Create an account  

3.       Add any specific cleaning instructions directly in the app 

4.       Manage billing securely through the app or website 

5.       Track your order in real-time and receive notifications when it’s ready 

6.       Deliveries are returned right to the Middle Plaza Package Room on the next scheduled service day 

Pickup & Delivery Info 

• Service Days: Tuesdays & Fridays 
• Time Window: 8:00 am – 10:00 am
• Pickup/Drop-off Location: Building A Leasing Office
• Pickup and Delivery is free!
