Dear Residents, 

We  will be closed on Monday, May 26^th  in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Operations will resume on Tuesday, May 27^th from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. 

Please note the following: 

• For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets,  or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-698-3438.  Packages are not considered an emergency.  For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact Bastion Security Services at 669-677-1907. 
• The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call Bastion Security for immediate assistance.
• Lockouts are not considered an emergency.  Should you experience a lockout, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 669-677-1907 for immediate assistance.  

For general assistance and leasing inquiries, please send an email to middleplaza@stanford.edu.  We will respond upon our return on Tuesday, the 27^th.
