Disposal of Large & Bulky Items

Dear Residents,

We would like to remind everyone that Middle Plaza does not offer disposal services for large or bulky items.

Please note the following guidelines:
 

• Only appropriate household waste may be disposed of in the trash, recycling, and compost chutes and bins.
• Large or bulky items (including furniture, mattresses, appliances, or oversized household items) may not be left in trash rooms, hallways, common areas, exterior or anywhere on the property.
• Cardboard boxes must be broken down and may be left neatly in the trash rooms if they fit properly and do not prevent access. Do not place large boxes in the trash chutes.
   

We host large and bulky item disposal events once per year. Residents will be notified in advance when these events are scheduled. Outside of these events, residents are responsible for arranging their own off-site disposal of large or bulky items. These items may not be disposed of on the Middle Plaza premises at any time.

Improper disposal creates safety hazards and impacts the cleanliness of our community. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep Middle Plaza clean, safe, and well-maintained for all.
