First, review the eligibility guidelines to verify you are eligible to rent at Middle Plaza. (Your eligibility priority must fall within categories 1a thru 2b, and the Leasing Manager will confirm eligibility after receipt of your Offer Letter.)

Next, submit your request to be added to the waiting list here.

Approval to be added to the waitlist form does not guarantee a unit. Your leasing agent will have you submit an application if/when an apartment fitting your criteria comes available. You must have already submitted a Waitlist Form.

Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will be notified by your leasing agent. Since the application fee will be used to run a credit check, it is not refundable.
