Dear Residents,

We are writing to inform you that Valet Living service will be paused on Friday, June 19th, 2026, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. Service will resume on Saturday, June 20th, 2026.

During this time, we ask that you use the trash chutes located on each floor of Building A or Building B to dispose of your trash.  

As a reminder, trash may not be left in the hallways outside of the scheduled pickup window of 5:00pm–7:00pm. If trash is missed during a scheduled service day, it must be brought back inside and held until the next pickup. If your trash is not collected or if you need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach our team at here.
