Dear Residents,

In observance of mandatory staff training, the Leasing Office will be closed on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026. We will resume operations on Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026, at 9:00 AM. During this time, a temporary on-site staff member will be available to assist residents and take messages for our team. All messages and inquiries will be addressed as promptly as possible upon our return.

Please note the following: 

• For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-839-6445 and select option 2. Packages are not considered an emergency. For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact our courtesy patrol SR Global at 925-440-8020.
• Lockouts are not considered an emergency.  If you experience a lockout, we recommend contacting one of the following locksmiths:

  • KeyMe Locksmiths: (650) 513-8908
• Valet Living service will not be available on Saturday, July 4th. Service will resume on Sunday, July 5th. During this time, we ask that you use the trash chutes located on each floor of Building A or Building B to dispose of your trash.  Please note that compost can be disposed of in the trash rooms located on the first floor of Building A (near A119) or Building B (near B115).
• The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call SR Global at (925) 440-8020 for immediate assistance.
