Dear Residents,

As part of our efforts to maintain the community, ClearPro Property Services, Inc. will be cleaning the laundry dryer vents throughout the property. This project is scheduled to start on Thursday, July 16th, 2026, and is expected to be completed on Friday, July 24th, 2026. Work will take place Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm

Residents do not need to be home for this maintenance. Unless informed personally, this project does not require access to your apartment. ClearPro will clean the vents from the exterior, using a high pressure, compressed air tool, and debris will be directed outside and collected in a lint bag. No lint or debris will enter your dryer or apartment. Please be aware that you may hear loud noises from the equipment during this period.

Rest assured that we will keep you informed of any changes to this schedule, including additional time needed, and/or potential delays in completing the work.
