Dear Residents,

We are writing to inform you of ongoing construction taking place in Garage Level 1. Our neighboring commercial tenants will be coring into the garage to complete improvements  related to their fire pump system. Work will occur Monday, April 20th through Friday, April 24th from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is expected to be completed on Friday, April 24th, 2026.

Please note that you may experience construction-like noise, including hammering, drilling, and loud sounds. When driving through the garage, please proceed with extra caution and maintain the speed limit.
