Dear Residents,

In observance of Memorial Day, the office will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026. We will resume operations on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

Please note the following:

·  For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-698-3438. Packages are not considered an emergency. For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact our courtesy patrol SR Global at 925-440-8020.   

·  Lockouts are not considered an emergency.  If you experience a lockout, we recommend contacting one of the following locksmiths:

o   Lockworks Unlimited, Inc.: (650) 299-9126

o   KeyMe Locksmiths: (650) 513-8908

·  Valet Living service will not be available on Monday, May 25. Service will resume on Tuesday, May 26. During this time, please use the trash rooms located on the first floor of Building A (near A119) or Building B (near B115) to dispose of your trash.

·  The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call SR Global at (925) 440-8020 for immediate assistance.
