Dear Residents,
 

We are writing to inform you of the upcoming annual fire and life safety inspections, which may include sprinkler head testing or replacement if needed. These inspections and any required repairs are mandatory to ensure the continued safety of our community.

The inspections will be conducted by our vendors, Pye-Barker Fire, Aegis Enterprises, Inc., Pyro-Comm Systems, Inc., and escorted by one of Middle Plaza Apartments Maintenance Team members. The inspections along with replacements are scheduled to start on Monday, August 10th, 2026, and expected to be completed on Thursday, August 13th, 2026.

Work will take place between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Please be advised that on August 10th, and potentially August 11th, there will be loud alarm audibles throughout the property as part of the fire alarm system testing. We encourage residents to make necessary arrangements to avoid any inconveniences to your daily routine.

Interior access to your unit will be needed to complete the repairs of the sprinkler heads. Your presence is not required for the inspection. However, all pets must be secured prior to entry. The vendor and our team must be able to access every sprinkler head, including but not limited to the closets and the laundry room. Please ensure that the areas are clear to allow easy access to the sprinkler heads. Additionally, some sprinkler heads may require replacement and may need to be retested.

To clarify, we will need to access your unit twice during this inspection period. The first entry will be on August 10th, 2026, for the property-wide sprinkler inspection. The second entry will take place on the date designated for your building, as listed above.

Please understand that Middle Plaza Management is unable to reschedule appointments for entry that day. Please make sure your pets are secured, and your entry alarms are turned off during the day.
