Community Pool and Courtyard Guidelines

Dear Residents,

As we approach the warmer months, we would like to remind everyone of the community standards for using the swimming pool and enjoying the courtyard. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below:

·   Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

·   Guest Limit: Residents may host no more than two guests per resident at a time. Guests must always remain accompanied by the residents when using any common amenities.

·   Food and Beverages: Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area. Food is not allowed in or around the gated pool and spa area.

·   Reservable Spaces: Please note that reservations only apply to the designated room itself. All attendees and activities must remain within the reservable space. Food and beverages served in reservable spaces must also stay within that area. For example, reserving the Clubhouse or Community Room does not include access to the nearby BBQ grills, as they are not reservable amenities.

·   Posted Signage: All residents and guests must comply with all posted rules, instructions, and signage throughout the shared spaces.

·   Personal Belongings: Personal belongings may not be stored or left unattended in any common area. Items left behind are subject to removal and disposal without notice.

·   Courtesy to Neighbors: Please be mindful of noise and maintain a respectful environment for all residents.
