Dear Residents,
 

We are excited to share that our annual window washing is scheduled to start August 17th, 2026, and is expected to be completed on Friday, August 28th, 2026. Our vendor, Sunshine Window Cleaning, will be conducting the window washings Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that the cleaning will be completed from the exterior and access to your home is not required.

Below are the scheduled dates for each building/location: Schedule is a projection and is subject to change based on contractor availability or weather delays.

Building A and B (Caltrain facing, Green): Monday, 8/17/26 – Tuesday, 8/18/26

Building A and C (El Camino facing, Purple): Tuesday, 8/18/26 -Wednesday, 8/19/26

Building B and C (El Camino/Courtyard facing, Blue/Yellow): Wednesday, 8/19/26 – Thursday, 8/20/26

Building B and C (Courtyard facing, Yellow): Friday, 8/20/26 – Monday, 8/24/26

Building A (Courtyard facing, Pink): Monday, 8/24/26 – Wednesday, 8/25/26

Fitness Center and Yoga Room (Pink) : Thursday, 8/26/26

Information: 

Window Screens: 

Our buildings were designed so that window screens are installed inside each apartment. To ensure your windows are cleaned as thoroughly as possible, we recommend removing your window screens from the inside before the scheduled cleaning and keeping them off until the washing is complete. If screens are not removed, the windows will still be cleaned, but results may be less effective. 

Keep Windows Closed: 

Please ensure all windows are closed on your scheduled cleaning day. Any damage resulting from open windows during washing will be the residents’ responsibility.
