Dear Residents,

As you may be aware, we will be conducting dryer vent cleaning throughout the community between Thursday, July 16^th, 2026, and Friday, July 24th, 2026. While most units will not require in-home access, all 4th floor apartments must be accessed from the inside to properly complete this service.

On Thursday, July 16th between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, technicians from ClearPro Property Services, Inc. will need to briefly enter your unit to vacuum the dryer vent from your dryer. If your unit is not serviced on Thursday, July 16th, it will be serviced on Friday, July 17th, 2026.

The process is quick and typically takes only a few minutes. To help ensure efficient service, please provide a clear path to the laundry area and around the washer and dryer. A member of our staff will accompany the technicians during entry. If you will not be home during this time, please note that access to your apartment will still be required to complete the cleaning.
